Glenn got his start in the CEO’s office at one of Texas’ largest mortgage banking firms. This gave him a front-row seat to see how the industry really works—and showed him there could be a better, more efficient way to get a home loan.

Glenn combines active listening with the best technology we can find – all to make getting a home loan as fast and easy as possible.. As a result, MLA has won national awards for exceptional borrower care and impressively fast closing speeds.

Glenn has completed home loans for Fortune 100 executives, relocating employees with AT&T, Exxon, and Toyota, and first time buyers, excited and cautions to take the big leap into home ownership. Everyone gets the same attention.

MLA is teamed up with Melody Armstrong, MLA’s loan manager. Melody is one of those people that everyone likes and she’s really efficient. She also brings 20+ years of experience in home lending . Melody and Glenn have the experience and drive to get fast results.

Glenn holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees plus postgraduate work. There are some interesting degrees in there! He served as a designated realtor for a firm that represented small builders and holds a current real estate broker’s license. He’s been honored to sit on several non-profit boards. His past work experience before lending includes small commercial development and small new home project sales management (65-186 units).

And for fun? There’s always time to enjoy a family that’s spread across the country. A 5 am trip to Lifetime Fitness starts the day (keeps the stress down!).
